If your KTBF shades ever have an issue that is our fault such as a manufacturing defect or a problem that should not occur with normal use, we will replace your pair at absolutely no cost to you.  Just send us the pair of sunglasses that have an issue, and we will replace them on the spot.  We want our KTBF fans to be 100% satisfied with these bad boys, so buy with confidence.  We have your back.  

Broken Replacement Warranty

If you break this bitches, we will take care of you.  Coverage for broken shades can be made for the same style/color if supplies are available. If the style you request is sold out, you will have the option to choose a different style within the same series.

There is a processing fee of $14.99 for US replacements and $26.99 for International with Free Return Shipping.  Each pair can be replaced up to twice under our Broken Replacement Warranty. Original purchase must be verified by a KTBF team member for all manual replacement requests.  Please provide your warranty information and/or receipt of online purchase.  All event purchases must have warranty information provided at the time of sale.  For broken sunglasses, details pictures of the damage will be required.

NOTE: Only one pair can be claimed/replaced at a time.  Limited to (2) replacements.

The warranty only covers orders through keepthebitchfloored.com, and in-person event sales - thereby excluding other re-sellers.
